About Us

  Who am I?  My name is Michael Sansone and I'm the sole owner/operator of Hook & Ladder Pressure Cleaning LLC.   I was born and raised in Indian River County and decided to begin my career with a Fire Rescue agency as a Firefighter/Paramedic, as well as start a family.  Considering my education as a Firefighter, those classes also assisted me in pressure cleaning.  Whether it's managing runoff or cleaning roofs, I go the extra step to take the right precautions.  In some cases, I spend at least an hour preparing safety equipment to do a dangerous job as safely as possible before I begin cleaning.  My wife, Erica, was also born and raised in Vero Beach.  She helped her parents since the age of 13 manage a local restaurant which is still open today after 50 years of service.  As a child and son of a Vietnam Veteran, who proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corp, I was raised to show great pride and honor in everything that I do.  The work ethic my father instilled in me, is the same work ethic that I use in my business today.  Failure is not an option!  I strive to accomplish every job safely and seek customer satisfaction 100%!  I give you my word that your home or business is going to look as beautiful as possible; I guarantee it!  If you aren't 100% satisfied with the work that was performed, I will personally return to your establishment and address any issues or concerns leaving you completely satisfied.  I appreciate everyone I do business for and take great pride in hearing them say, "see you next time!"  The only thing I love more than my hometown is bringing my hometown back to life...
